Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available in select regions.
I have not received an order confirmation in my email. What should I do?
After placing your order, it may take some time before you receive the order confirmation. If the amount has been debited from your account, it is possible that the email has ended up in your spam box.
Always check this first. If you can't find it there either, we'll be happy to look into it for you.

The item I want to order is sold out. Will it be back in stock?
It is possible to pay for your online order with the House of Klothberg gift card. You can do this in the last step (How do you want to pay?) in the ordering process. Enter the entire code of your gift card in the field for the card number and then enter the last 3 digits of your code again in the PIN field.
If the purchase amount is higher than the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount with one of the above payment methods. If the amount to be paid is lower than the gift card balance, the remaining amount will remain on your gift card. Please note: this is a different place than the discount code. As soon as you have entered the code, you can also see the balance of your gift card immediately.
If you want to return a purchase that you paid for with a gift card, the amount will be refunded to the gift card. So keep it safe. Have you already thrown it away? Then contact the Customer Care Team.

Return Policy
Returns for online purchases are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is also required. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as lingerie and accessories, are non-returnable.

Exchanges
For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
